ATTENTION: I have had some questions and concerns about practice and the tournament this weekend in connection with cases of pertussis in the valley and also in the Bitterroot. After being in contact with the County Health Department, this is what I know: All 6th grade parents were suppose to have been notified that their child was recommended to be on antibiotics. If you have not been contacted and done this, it is suggested that you do so immediately. (I would assume this goes for the 5th graders playing too, as you all have been hanging out "in close contact" with your teammates.) For 7th and 8th graders, assuming you have had your immunizations, there is not much else to do. The lady at County Health did say to be on the look out for signs and symptoms of pertussis. All this said, we are still planning on going to the tournament this weekend in Missoula/Florence. If you don't feel comfortable sending your child, please let their coach know as soon as possible. REMINDER: If uniforms are not returned by May 31st, you are choosing to forfeit your uniform deposit. Please get uniforms turned in as soon as you are finished with your season- THANKS!

14 Blackout, 14 Blizzard, and 14 Flood- Congratulations on a great season! We're proud of each and every one of you. Reminder that if you haven't turned in your uniforms yet, they need to be in by the end of May in order to avoid losing your uniform deposit.

U16s- Way to finish strong ladies! Didn't get to see you play this weekend, but had glowing reports from coaches of what a wonderful bunch of hard-working young ladies you all are (but of course I already knew that!)
